Career
- Ms. Lan Hao is skilled in handling various intellectual property litigation and non-litigation cases. She has worked in a local court in Jiangsu Province for three years and gained rich experience in the trial of civil and commercial cases. Later, she studied intellectual property law and management in Netherlands and also visited the European Patent Office (EPO), the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), and the Federal Circuit Court of the United States, she has a deeper understanding of the intellectual property protection systems and Law systems of the EU, US, UK, and Japan.
- After returning to China, she worked in Law firms and listed AI companies and has successfully handled a large number of patent applications, invalidations, administrative litigation and infringement litigation cases. She also assisted well-known domestic and foreign companies in patent mining, and formulated intellectual property protection strategies, and provided legal advice to enterprises on freedom To Operate (FTO).
