    • Ms.Ao Wanqin graduated from South China University of Technology with a master's degree in bioengineering, and later studied for a master's degree in intellectual property law at Renmin University of China. Prior to that, she studied at Wuhan University of Technology and obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree. She started working in the field of intellectual property in 2015.
    • Before joining our firm, Ms.Ao worked in large domestic intellectual property agencies and law firms, and has been deeply involved in the field of biopharmaceutical law for many years. She has handled the drafting of hundreds of cases, as well as a large number of invalidation proceedings and intellectual property litigations. The cases she represented were included in the "Top Ten Patent Reexamination and Invalidation Cases in 2022" by the National Intellectual Property Administration. Ms.Ao has also worked in a top biopharmaceutical company, responsible for overseas patent application layout, patent drafting, responses, searches, and intellectual property due diligence and other related work. With working experience both as a client (in-house) and as a service provider (law firm), she is able to provide comprehensive and high-quality legal services to enterprises in the field of life sciences.
