    • Ms. Yang Wenting has obtained a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology, with a combined background of law and science and engineering. She began working in intellectual property related fields in 2010 and have 12 years of experience in patent examination, 4 years of experience in patent reexamination and invalidation, and 3 years of experience in foreign patent agency. Before joining our firm, Ms. Yang worked in the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration and Patent Examination Cooperation (Beijing) Center of The Patent Office, CNIPA, and was responsible for patent examination, patent retrieval, patent reexamination and invalidation, intellectual property services for enterprises. The reexamination case she presided over was selected as the “Top 10 Excellent and Top 100 Brilliant Cases of Patent Examination Cooperation (Beijing) Center”, afterwards, she worked at a leading large IP agency, handling overseas patent prosecution and strategy support. She has represented hundreds of well-known domestic and foreign enterprises in foreign patent cases, covering multiple fields such as artificial intelligence, large model algorithms, communications, semiconductors, electronics and machinery, and has been repeatedly praised by clients. After joining us, she serves as an attorney and a patent agent in the Foreign Law Department.
