- Ms. Liu Li holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University Law School (Top 5 U.S. IP program), a Master of Science from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a B.E. from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
- Since 2014, she has focused on IP law, previously working at two leading IP firms where she handled overseas patent applications, IP litigation, patent invalidation, and due diligence for Fortune 500 clients including Alibaba, Tencent, Lenovo, and BYD. She has represented hundreds of cases before the Supreme People’s Court, IP-specialized courts, and the CNIPA, with one case recognized by the Supreme People’s Court as a leading model case.
- She also supports Chinese companies in global expansion through e-platform infringement actions, non-infringement analyses, and TRO responses.
- Since joining our firm, Ms. Liu has served as Manager of the Foreign-related Legal Department, Senior Attorney, and Patent Agent.
