- Ms. Li Liu has a dual education background of technology and law. She graduated from The George Washington University Law School, majoring in Intellectual Property Law, and majored in Energy and Power Engineering in University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. She began to work in the IP field in 2014. Prior to joining our firm, Ms. Liu worked as an engineer in UCAS, and worked in two well-known large IP law firms where she was responsible for patent invalidations, IP litigations and foreign related patent prosecutions, and she litigated many trials before the PRC Supreme Court, IP Courts and the Patent Invalidation and Reexamination Board of CNIPA, accumulating rich experience. After joining us, she works as manager of the legal department, senior lawyer and patent attorney.
- Ms. Li Liu is committed to solving intellectual property problems for foreign and domestic clients, her practice includes IP litigation, patent reexamination and invalidation, IP consulting, patent search and analysis and FTO. She specializes in patent litigation, patent invalidation, patent searching and analysis, patent investigation and patent prosecution in the fields of mechanical and electrical engineering, PC hardware, material engineering, automobiles and medical devices. She has published many academic articles related to patent law.
