- Ms. Yang Wenting has obtained a Master’s degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Technology, with a combined background of law and science and engineering.
- She began working in IP related fields in 2010 and have 12 years of experience in patent examination, including 4 years of experience in patent reexamination and invalidation. Ms. Yang used to work in the Patent Office of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, CNIPA, and was responsible for patent examination, patent reexamination and invalidation. She also trained a dozen of patent examiners during her time at CNIPA. The reexamination case she presided over was selected as the “Top 10 Excellent and Top 100 Brilliant Cases of Patent Examination Cooperation (Beijing) Center”.
- Before joining us, she also worked at a large IP agency for several years. She has represented many well-known companies in patent prosecution and legal matters, including companies like Baidu, BOE Technology Group and JD.com, covering multiple fields such as artificial intelligence, large model algorithms, communications, semiconductors, electronics and machinery.
