    • Mr. Liu Zuowei graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a degree in Mechanical Design Manufacturing and Automation. In 2017, he began working in intellectual property representation and previously served in the R&D department of a domestic joint-venture automobile manufacturer, where he was responsible for the design of vehicle and component testing. After joining our firm, he has primarily handled client representation in patents, trademarks, copyrights, domain names, customs recordals, and related matters.
    • In patents, Mr. Liu’s scope of work includes filing applications, responding to office actions, reexamination requests, and related tasks. His key technical expertise covers automotive components, automotive body structures, machining tools, household appliances, medical devices, motors, alloy strip processing, substrate processing, and other mechanical fields, as well as computer software/hardware, telecommunications, and electrical engineering. Mr. Liu has handled a substantial volume of applications and responses to office actions for Japanese companies entering the Chinese market, and he has a deep understanding of the needs of Japanese clients, as well as Chinese patent application process.
    • In trademarks and copyrights, Mr. Liu has managed a wide range of cases, including trademark applications, refusal reviews, oppositions, invalidations, cancellation reviews, and other proceedings. He excels in providing comprehensive, professional, and efficient intellectual property solutions from the perspective of clients’ business operations.
