- Mr. Liu graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology majoring in Mechanical Design Manufacture and Automation. He started to work in the IP field in 2017 and once worked in a domestic R&D department of a joint venture vehicle manufacturer where he was responsible for testing designs of vehicle and parts. He mainly focuses on patent affairs for Japanese clients after joining our firm.
- Mr. Liu’s practice includes filing new application, responding to office actions, reexamination, and other matters in the field of auto parts, auto body structure, machining tools, household appliances, medical devices, motors, alloy strip processing, substrate, as well as computer software and hardware, telecommunications, electricity, etc. Mr. Liu has handled a number of patent cases that involves new applications and response to office actions in China for Japanese enterprises. He has a deep understanding of needs of Japanese enterprises as well as the patent application process in China.
