Career
- Mr. Lehle is a qualified European and German Patent Attorney with representation rights before DPMA, EPO, WIPO, BPatG, BGH, and EUIPO. From 2005 to 2024, he served as Audi AG's Patent Attorney, providing comprehensive IP support for automotive components (including gear boxes, drive trains, and related technologies) and managing international infringement cases. During 2012-2014, he established and led Audi China's IP department in Beijing, where he successfully managed the well-known trademark project for AUDI and its Chinese brands. Prior to Audi, he worked as an in-house patent counsel at BSH's home appliance division. At TBK München (1992-1997), he supported Japanese clients with their European and German patent applications while simultaneously obtaining his patent attorney qualifications.
