Our firm successfully concluded a one-week winter training program last month for the Chinese subsidiary of an European company.

The sessions covered key topics such as patent drafting techniques, practical strategies for responding to office actions, key considerations in patent enforcement, critical compliance risks and examination of AI related patent in China. Each topic was delivered through a combination of legal basis and case studies, with a focus on our client’s real business scenarios.
